Financing Provider
Financing is offered through an independent third-party financing company. Red Axe Roofing does not provide or service the financing directly.
Approval & Terms
All financing is subject to credit approval by the financing provider. Interest rates, payment amounts, and loan terms are determined solely by the financing provider.
Payments
Monthly payment amounts and due dates are set by the financing provider. Late fees and other charges are governed by your agreement with the financing provider.
No Obligation
You are not required to use financing to purchase services from Red Axe Roofing. You may choose to pay by cash, check, or other accepted methods instead.
Outside Vendor / No Liability
Financing is arranged solely between you and the third-party financing provider. Red Axe Roofing is not a party to your financing agreement and is not responsible for the financing provider’s decisions, actions, fees, interest, or collection practices. Red Axe Roofing is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from or related to your financing agreement, including but not limited to approval decisions, payment processing, interest charges, or changes to your account.
Project Responsibility
Red Axe Roofing remains responsible only for the roofing work and services we provide under our contract with you. Your obligation to pay for completed work remains, regardless of your financing status or any issues with the financing provider.
